    Applications

    Medium to heavier weight (50 - 150 g/sq m) Chemically bonded "premium" scrim facings unidirectional for flat applications cross-laid multi directional for enhanced durability deep draw molding applications high profile appearance embossing utilized in acoustic applications (hood/dash/tunnel insulators) thermal components, headliners and related trim componentry. Available with fire retardant water repellant, oil/diesel repellancy and adhesive coatings for all acoustic substrates.

  • Zetastitch

    Stitch-bonded products (Malivlies and Maliwatt Technologies) with or without Finishes and Adhesive Coatings; Weight Range 80 - 500 g/m2 from black, charcoal, white and custom developed Staple Fiber (PET, PET/CV, PET/PA, PA and PP Fiber Blends)

    Applications

    Premium stitch bonded non woven utilized as decorative (face) fabric in headliners, package tray cover fabric, door trim and other interior applications. Can be color matched and printed to desired design criteria. Also used as functional automotive seating underlayment (foam replacement) for improved durability.

  • Zetamold

    Stitch-bonded products (Multiknit and Kunit Technologies) with or without Finishes and Adhesive Coatings; Weight Range 150 - 850 g/m2 from black, charcoal, white and custom developed Staple Fiber (PET)

    Applications

    Stitch bonded non woven used as molding media for trunk trim, deck lid liners and related trim componnetry. Available in desired colors. Also used to mold acoustic hvac ducting, molded to semi rigid state and assembled into ducting which encompasses (nvh) characteristics.

    Needle-punched products with or without Finishes and Adhesive Coatings; Weight Range 70 - 150 g/m2 in black and white Colors (PET, PET/CV, PET/PA, PA and PP and High Tech Fiber Blends)

    Applications

    Premium needle punched non woven scrim facing for high durability applications (tunnel, dash insulators), used as "structural facing for light weight acoustic substrates (foam, pet), available in high temperature fiber blends (carbon for 800F)
